First Floor

The detached 3 bedroom house hides on a gentle curve of the road. A small enclosed area is the first thing one sees, it’s paved and prime for a potted garden and a place to catch the sun. For the rainy days, in addition to a private car port, on street parking sits just outside the main entrance.


With every Nathan and Taylor new build we aim to include local product, people and connections with nature. To the left of the front door, we’ve planted a honeysuckle climber perfect for bees. This gorgeous vine weaves its away around a solid cast iron trellis handmade in Slough by the local Blacksmith shop. 


Once inside, a large foyer sits at the centre of the home. No 14. is spread over two floors with a plush charcoal carpet leading upstairs. The communal and entertainment areas are separate to the 3 bedrooms above. The ground floor includes light oak engineered flooring for both living and dining spaces. The kitchen offers a natural palette with large beige tiles on floor and glazed grey wall tiles with triangle patterning. 


We selected Magnet kitchens for their gloss white carpentry to reflect the light and pencil thin worktops that are so strong, they destroyed several cutting blades during installation. An open plan kitchen is edged by a breakfast bar that sits within either dining or a second living room space, all of which, look on to a private garden.
